Hotel and room was great staff were great but leisure facilities were a bit poor full of people talking about work and we were awake very late by a neighbouring room arguing/fighting and being very loud until about 2am keeping us awake.

The staff were friendly and happy. The room itself was clean and modern. Some things to improve. The bar staff shut the bar as we walked up to the bar to order one nightcap. I felt she could have given us one drink to even take to our room. Although the room was clean there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom like a dirty cloth had been used. Overall decent for the price.

The room was clean, bed comfortable but pillows not so. Smell of damp on entry to the room and was quite noisy. Staff present but not very helpful or friendly.

Good hotel option when visiting Dundee by car, easily accessible to both Dundee and surrounding areas. Clean and tidy good sized rooms in good surroundings, very close to A9 (major route), but quiet. Friendly staff. Like all hotels in Dundee you have to pay for parking but this hotel is competitively priced and secure. Only downside would be that the dining area is very cold in the morning but nice breakfast that went cold very quickly.

Worst stay I've ever encountered unfortunately bed coverings were all black mold blocked drains in bathroom and black mold all over ceiling breakfast was stale and in my wife's orange juice laid a couple of flies that were from the Despenseries
