Our stay at this hotel we could hear people and children which were very noisy and loud. Could hear the children running about. Room was across from lift. Only one lift was working. Thermostat would not change. Temperature was far too hot. We did not have a very good experience, it was not relaxing and not enjoyable. We did not get much sleep. We were very disappointed and unhappy with our stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel with great facilities, excellent breakfast and good location. Significant downside was the lack of cool air conditioning. The ventilation system could heat but not cool. It was not possible to get the room temperature below 24 degrees C which made for uncomfortable sleeping - even when the outside temperature in Dundee was no more than 15 degrees C.

Comfortable spacious room with lots of storage and ( hurrah!!) a fridge,! We enjoyed the water view but would not enjoy the waterpark noise in summer months. Very nice toiletries... Nice pre dinner cocktails in the bar and Dinner and breakfast were great. We will look for Apex hotels next time we are in the UK.

Fantastic facilities including rhe spa and swimming pool. Room lovely with amazing complimentary shampoo conditioner and hand and body lotion. Massive bed and very comfortable pillows. Complimentary flavoured teas, hot chocolate, coffee and 2 bottles of water very welcome. Room a lovely temperature. We didnt eat at the hotel as we had pre-arranged to meet friends in the city but the food looked delicious. Easy access to rhe centre of Dundee, V&A and all the bars and restaraunts, museum and art gallery. Views from the bar are excellent across rhe dock. Staff brilliant very helpful, professional and friendly. Would definately return and use this hotel time and time again

It's a nice and comfy hotel where staff is really friendly, rooms are very spacious and bed, mattress and pillows are superb. From the room you don't hear annoying noises from corridor or other doors slapping.

Steam room didnt seem to be working as no active steam, felt cold at points. Sauna and jacuzzi great temperature. Room was nice and oresentable but stains on carpets and curtains and a strong damp smell in the room - had to keep window open to help air the room

Stayed in the Beano room which my son loved. We arrived late and left early so didn't manage any meals, however we had a drink in the bar which was lovely. Really nice location and handy for city centre. Plenry of (paid) parking and electric car chargers.

The staff here are very friendly and the hotel is clean. Their amenities are very good with a friendly bar and restaurant near the city centre which is walkable and feel safe at night The Aircon is quite noisy during the night and a mattress a little bit hard .
