Situated in peaceful Tainui, our accommodation offers reasonably easy access to local beaches the popular "Dinosaur Park", and is not too far from cafe's supermarkets and eateries, The Dunedin Bowl Stadium and Chisolm Park Golf Club.
The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.
From the street, it's a short walk through the gate and up a couple of steps to access the property. Once inside, the property is all on one level.
Enter into the kitchen area to find a large breakfast bar and huge living space beyond. The fully equipped bathroom/ laundry comes off this area. Beyond the lounge, you will find 2 separate bedrooms.

Nicely renovated modern 2 bedroom apartment style unit that is in a great location close to the wonderful beach, shops yet only 10 min drive from Central Dunedin.
