The hotel and sevice was great, perhaps if the lady who gave me the key told us what floor our room was on would help, or maybe a board at the lift on the ground floor telling you would be awsome. Reason for the poor rating was the students that were staying in the same floor that thought partying noisily till 4 am and banging on doors all night, that didnt need to happen. Shame realy, as the hotel is a nice spot
