Beautiful mini farm and Farmhouse 20 min to World Equestrian Centre Ocala!

The house is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Sleeps 6. Features a large spacious kitchen and a sun porch to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee. Also, has an outdoor hot tub (can be used for longer stays, 1 month minimum). Enjoy the outdoors and sit and relax around the campfire.
The property has a concrete centre aisle barn with four 12x12 matted stalls, a brand new air conditioned tackroom/ feed room. Hay storage area and an outdoor wash rack with hot and cold water for your horses enjoyment.
There are 4 spacious paddocks with lots of grass, no climb and top board.
For training and riding purposes there is a round pen under a beautiful big oak tree that provides lots of shade and a large grass ring with jumps. There is also a 30 amp RV hook up to park a camper. This farm is close to everything! 10 min to Walmart, Publix and restaurants! 20 min to lots of shopping and restaurants in Ocala and 15 minutes to more options in Dunnellon and 50 min to Gainesville! Only 1.5 hours to Universal Studios and Walt Disney World!
