Recently featured in the 'Scotland on Sunday', this comfortable and peaceful one-bedroom cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple. Situated in the pretty conservation village of Gavinton, a few miles outside Duns, the property sits on a fifty acre organic farm- 'Millar Organics'. Recently refurbished, the property offers underfloor heating, a new kitchen, wood burning stove, smart TV, dishwasher, Wifi, private parking and outdoor seating area. Guests are welcome to explore the farm with sheep, geese, hens, pigs, goats and many stunning views and the restful sounds of wildlife.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on request.
