Staff were very friendly and for as old as the building is, the cleaning was as good as it could be. That said, the rooms need attention/renovation. Especially the bathrooms. Hot water in the shower lasted only a few seconds, then it was cold again. All told, not the worst place to stay if you need a room for the night, but there is room for improvement.

The “hot” breakfast was awful. The scrambled eggs were cold, the selection of items was poor, the bread stale and the toaster did not work. It was so bad that on the second day of my stay I decided it was just preferable to skip it.

This hotel advertised restaurant onsite and pet friendly. The restaurant was closed, and should be advertised as pets allowed, or pets tolerated at best. When I asked about the pet deposit, we were immediately bumped from the nice room that I had prepaid for, to the dated drive up motel at the edge of the property. Staff were well aware I was not happy with this, as I had my 2 young granddaughters there to swim because it's March break, and we had to walk back and forth outdoors in below freezing weather, in wet clothes. Oh ya, and apparently room that says 'Change Room' has been closed for years. One grand daughter is now sick and I am livid. Would not recommend and would never return.

March 2024 Overall a good stay, folks at the front desk could be more pleasant and coffee available at the front desk would be much better if fresh cream was available rather than powder. The pool was a great temp the kids enjoyed it.

Great place near skiing

Great place to stay with the family and close to skiing. We are a family of 5 and usually 1 kid has to sleep on a couch or pull-out couch. We had a room with 3 queens (or 2 queen and a double) and it was perfect. The pool and hottub were also nice to keep the kids busy.

Place used to be nice. Some of the washrooms on the property were disgusting. Ants in out bathroom. We ran out of hot water and had to wait 45 minutes for it to come back. Bathroom counter was damaged and fixed with silicone. Room was not worth the price.

We were there for a conference would like to start our saying the food was amazing Now Where do I start on the room… first they didn’t have the room I reserved for a $60 extra upgrade I paid.. Once Gaven another equal room. The smell of mold was consuming!! The dripping ceilings and broken, missing ceiling tiles saturated in water stains definitely show a untaken care of leaks… I get it sometimes over the winter things like this happen but the icing on the cake was the blood stained sheets!!! And the response i got when I showed the cleaners… They were very aware and said well we can’t control that!!! I’m baffled on how they have the offsite to put bedding stained with blood back on a bed for the next guest to use!! Atleast bleach the thing or try to get the stain out if you have to conserve bedding!! I’ve traveled ALOT and have never seen such a run down facility for a quality inn..
