Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment minutes to Downtown Durango. This newly remodeled apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV's and a kids nook that make kicking back with the family a joy after an adventurous day in the San Juan Mountains. This loft style apartment lives big with efficient space use and a Murphy bed in the living room. Create new family memories from this adorable unit located on 10 acres with other units. Furry friends welcome.

The space is a loft style, A-frame design that has a room upstairs with a queen bed and kids play/reading nook. There is a 45" TV, sitting area, dedicated workspace, and a balcony. The balcony has butte views and a hammock chair to relax in while enjoying your morning coffee. The small but mighty kitchen is sure to delight the chef with it's quaint dining area that is open to the living room. The living room has a cozy couch to watch the 55" TV. There is a full size Murphy bed in the living room for additional guests or the kids. The modern bathroom is freshly renovated and has a shower/bathtub combo There is a closet with washer and dryer along with small kitchen appliances, safety items, additional dining chairs and bedding for the Murphy bed. The apartment is approximately 700sq ft.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Perfect little spot!

First and foremost we LOVE this little spot. So beautifully decorated and perfect accommodation for a couple nights in Durango. Our little pup also loved the location, great spot to walk around! We will be back!

I stayed for 8 days! For my daughter’s birthday weekend and family weekend in Fort Lewis College. The drive to the college was quick and getting into town was so easy and convenient. A lot of restaurants nearby perfect location for the Durango area. We will definitely be going back.

Quiet retreat in the mountains

Lovely place to stay just outside of Durango. It was the perfect distance from town to be able to go grab dinner or to go get on the train, but also to escape away from all the other people when we left for the evening. Wonderful suggestions for what to do in the area, but also day trips (we went to Four Corners and Mesa Verde).
