Very Cozy Condo, Silverton 30 Away, Fireplace!
This cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome is sure to please! Located in the Needles complex just 3 miles south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 miles north of historic downtown Durango. The main level offers a laundry room, full kitchen, dining room, living room (wood burning fireplace), kids bedroom across from full bathroom w/tub. The two bedrooms located on the second level have ensuite bathrooms.
The townhome is steps away from the legendary Olde Schoolhouse Pizza and directly across the highway from the Needles Market, gas station, and the trailhead parking for the popular Elbert Creek Trail aka Castle Rock hike. Enjoy the hiking and local trails and if you are staying in the summer/fall you have access to the community wood burning fire pit (assuming there is not a fire ban). There is parking for 2 vehicles at the unit and an area close by for overflow parking.

Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
