Extending from the owners' home, this single-story cottage features a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining/living room with a sofa bed (120 cm wide) for 2 people, and 1 bedroom with a double bed. 1 bathroom with a toilet.
Terrace area with garden furniture and barbecue. Beds made upon arrival.
Swimming pool (unheated) shared with the owners and B&B guests. Pool size: 4m x 12m.
20 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and 20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit.
Cleaning fee: €50 extra and optional.
