Great quiet location and reasonable walk to the city centre. Great access down to the river and woodland walks around the area of the flat. There is a Sainsbury's local a short walk away. The flat is nestled in the trees and we heard then saw two owls early one morning, a lovely bonus.The flat is clean, warm and cosy, it would be helpful to have a few extra things like proper oven gloves a little more crockery (only 4 of each). Two of the dining chairs had very wobbly legs so we didn't sit on them. Also clarification of the parking in the notes/instructions as it said park at the top but there was building work and not really room for our car along with another visitor's car without someone being blocked in. It was ok to park at the bottom of the flats, it would just be helpful to know on arrival. Great stay though and would come again, thank you.

Very nice spacious and warm flat. A bit too far from the town for me. Good communications with toast lettings. The lady I spoke to on the day of arrival was very pleasant and helpful

Substandard

The location of this house which has been converted into apartments is good (easy walking distance to nice historical town). Unfortunately the double bed was less than normal width for no apparent reason, there was no provision for coffee making, no coffee cups, shortage of cutlery no dishwasher. Outside looked uncared for and bad smelling uncollected rubbish near car park. Location and access only advised a few hours before arrival. Not up to VRBO standard.
