This is the first house built in Euskadi, with a new concept of building that generates its own totally ecological energy, built in wood, with high quality technological products, giving the building a high level of comfort.
Architecturally it is a plant of more than 180 square meters, over-raised in the land, with wide and spectacular glazed terraces, that look towards the forest of oaks and fragrant eucalyptus trees.
Here we will find a house decorated with a modern design, and part of the furniture is exclusively designed.
It has a beautiful kitchen with a pantry and laundry, a large living room of 80 square meters, 3 bedrooms with comfortable Norwegian double beds, each room with its full bathroom, (one of the bedrooms with an original round bed).
Fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, includes linen, towels, hair dryer, etc ...
