Features a 1850 historic home previously known as the Brooks Home and Paine House that hosts gardens & farm fresh eggs. You will reside in an 1850's antique home with modern amenities. The home is 2 stories. The Kitchen, 1/2 bath, Living room & 1 bedroom is on the 1st floor. On the second floor you will find the full bath, 2 bedrooms & office with daybed and the 3 seasons sun porch.

Nestled along the picturesque Connecticut River, our 1850s home has been recently updated to provide a cozy retreat while preserving its unique historical character. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the inviting front porch or savor dinner on the spacious back deck.
