Beautiful Property with 8 Total Bedrooms: Modern Home with 4 bedroom 3.5 Baths and Pool + Guest House with 4 Bedroom 3.5 Baths. All on 2 acres with mature landscape including 5 magnolia trees alongside pool.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, walk to bay beaches between Cedar Point Park and Sammy's Beach. Six of the bedrooms have King Size beds, 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds. Luxury Italian Frette sheets and towels, Jonathan Adler and Yves Delorme beach towels. Guest House has many terraces and balconies. Beautiful gardens throughout 2 acres, large 20 x 40 Heated* Pool newly renovated, outdoor shower at each house, many lounge chairs. (*Pool heating varies and is not included: the $250 Pool Fee is a credit toward pool heating and is returned if not used.) 4 bikes with helmets. This home is near the bay in the NW Woods area of East Hampton: Approximately 12-15 min drive to center of East Hampton (Main Street shops) or center of Sag Harbor. Longtime host and Hamptons resident: If you are new to the Hamptons I have a list of Hamptons recommendations I share with my guests. Many amenities provided, you should only need to bring your personal items. Please message with any questions!
