Wonderful house!

We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated house. The owner was available and responsive to every question and recommendations. The location is special—sunsets every night on Three Mile Harbor at the end of the block. The house has a wonderful open floor plan which makes it great for family gatherings. Springs is a wonderful spot—quiet, wooded, yet close to Sag Harbor and Easthampton. Enjoy!

Fabulous property

Loved our stay at this beautifully renovated home owned by an extremely nice and caring architect (who we met during our stay). The home was very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked...We were apparently his first guests and only had a small list of items to suggest for him to purchase. Great location on quiet street...convenient for quickly getting to shopping, restaurants, beaches etc.
