Stayed for 8 nights and used this a a home base for visiting family and friends in the area. The room was clean and large and the staff friendly. I wanted to cook meals there so it may have been helpful to have more or larger pans! Also directions on using the cookstove but I had a worker come and help me, very friendly! Would definately stay again.

I have to wait for 45 mins for my because they don’t have a worker so I have to use the Kios. But it’s broken so there is a guy trying for fix it for 45mins. I miss my work meeting and I can’t even use a bathroom

No people behind the desk

I arrived after 5pm--so no desk attendant. I checked in with the kiosk--which was initially fine. However, the keys to my room did not work three times with three different sets of keys. Other patrons were having the same trouble. The person behind the screen has to handle many locations, so she was constantly busy with different customers. She ended up contacting IT, and we eventually all got into our respective rooms. It was just really frustrating to not have a human on site to assist customers. And, it ended up taking an hour to check in.

Hotel was nice. Stayed 2 nights. Room above us had a kid or something running around ALL NIGHT LONG!! Both nights. Not a bang against the hotel. But damn people show some consideration for other people.

Check in was so slow. No one is there live. I stood in a vestibule, sweating, for a half hour. When it was finally my turn, the remote clerk had other business to attend to, so i had to wait for about 10 more mintues to check in. The room itself was decent and clean.

Had to wait 15+ minutes for a virtual person to check me in. Standing in the small, hot entry way was not ideal while waiting. Shower curtain smelled SO bad like it had never been washed or changed. Had to hold our breath while in the bathroom it was so bad. Only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths in the room. With no front desk open when we were there, we had to have 4 people share these all weekend. There wasnt even a box of kleenex in the bathroom! Housekeeping of the room was ok. Room was large and beds comfortable, area is secluded compared to other hotels in the area. A guest's dog kept us up all night. Will not stay here again

Skeptical of the positive guest approval rating

Virtual check in was miserably slow with a borderline rude agent. She was silent for the better part of the approximately 20 min check-in. No explanation on why we continued to wait and wait in a hot entryway, unable to enter the building until she finished check-in. We were initially placed in a room directly over the front entrance where the dooo slammed constantly and shook the bed. There appeared to be many people in a situation where there were living there. It’s the most uneasy I’ve ever felt in a hotel, especially with no staff available on the premises. The only thing that saved our trip was a Hotels.com contacting the hotel (no idea how) and arranging a room change to a quieter floor. The room was clean, zero amenities. Common areas had messy floors.
