A nightmare from start to finish!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Upon checking in, I was given a room that was completely taken apart—garbage cans scattered everywhere, the mattress leaning against the window, and the entire space looking like a construction zone. After requesting a new room, I was moved to another one that reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel supposedly being non-smoking. The smell was unbearable, so I asked to be moved again. The third room wasn’t much better. The heater was stuck on full blast, making the room uncomfortably hot, and there were disgusting streaks running down the window. At that point, I was exhausted and just had to deal with it. I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and functionality, but this hotel failed at every level. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy moving rooms multiple times just to find one that’s somewhat habitable.

Booked hotel Dec 19th-26th for $596 used cash app card when check in charged card immediately...then I get charged by the day for the room on top the pending $596 so I was out $1k out of my card within 3 days it is now January 9th and my money is still sitting pending in my bank account. Ridiculous. room was great stay was great even under construction...parking lot gets plowed and salt layed but very annoying with the card..

This property was horrible. At first I went in. I didn’t have a microwave in the room and I ordered something that needed to be heated up so I had to go downstairs. I had no breakfast. The pool was still not working. There was blood in my bed, I slept down one side, and I brought the sheets down and then they said that I had a service dog, which I told You guys and they had me put my $100 deposit which say that make everybody do and they would not give me the hundred dollar deposit back I went into my Chime to ask them to get it back. They would not talk to me. They would not give me any legal document saying that I could not get it back for the chime or 4 your website your app they said why did you tell us you had a dog? I said it was on the Travelocity one. I didn’t know what you had to see. No one told me I had to say I had a service dog. Is there a dog can go on anything if she didn’t have her coat on, but it didn’t matter so they would not give it back because they said that there was blood in the bed. The blood was not from me. I don’t even have a period anymore. I’m menopausal and my dog slept on the floor and she’s fixed in her bed so basically they will not talk to me. They won’t answer the calls to me. They won’t give me anything. They are awful. I would never ever recommend them and I would like $100 back if you can do anything about this. This is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous
