Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Stayed from Thursday - Monday, checked in and had to switch rooms. My original room, the bathroom was filthy. The guy at the first desk was very nice about switching me to another room. The new room was ok, room had spiderwebs on the lamps. I had to kill 5 earwigs though out my stay.
You can not call the front desk from your room.
I went to the front desk and asked for rags and towels. I waited 2 1/2 hours for them to deliver them to my room, but they never did. I walked back to the front desk to see if they forgot about my request. I was asked “Didn’t housekeeping come today?” I said yes, but they didn’t give us new towels and rags. I had to wait additional 10 mins because, he needed to do something first. Housekeeping comes every other day btw.
The complimentary breakfast includes waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt and cereal (raisin bran and Frosted Flakes).
The pool was shut down due to renovations. Honestly they need to shut down and renovate the WHOLE building. The place is kind of out dated, semi dirty and needs a good dusting. I would NEVER stay there again and would not recommend.
