EXTREMLEY HARD BED AIR CONDITIONING DOESN'T WORK!

The room i received was remodeled but the air conditioning didnt work at all the room was extremely hot ! I asked for another room with out a problem and when i walked 8nto the other room it had a funny smell in it . It was 2 oclock in the morning and didnt feel like asking agin for another room . Yet again the air conditioning didnt work in this also remodeled room excepet for the old ass style air conditioning and yellow tub . They try and make it look good but the beds are EXTREMELY HARD! Extremely uncomfortable. Woke up with a sore back and ribs .

Ok, so the location is right next to the highway if you are traveling in and out the city wich was great for me since that is what I wanted, something I did not like are, room labels are broken, pool is broken, and they dont serve hot breakfast just boiled eggs and waffles. Other thant that is fine, oh also I dont know if the people next to me were loud but I could hear everything they talked about like if they were in the same room. I will label the hotel like a sketchy truck stop. Also there is a restaurant/bar pull and bear about 3 mins driving I reccomend

The hotel is wonderful

My stay was great I’ve stayed a few times at this location already and I love it! The only issues I had this time around was the floors in our room was dirty like they never mopped them the water didn’t get hot after our first night there is was warm. I assumed because we showered at night and it was more used during those hours but even in the morning getting ready for work it was warm and ran cold quickly. The front desk are so helpful every time I stay I love the service I get. It’s been really busy and a lot more stays since I’ve been frequenting this location. I’d still stay again because my previous experiences have been nothing but great l.

The rooms and price were pretty good except one of the rooms had dog scratches all over it and the other rooms ac didnt work. They put us next to a room with a yapping dog in it and the man at the front desk seemed annoyed to do his job and he tried arguing with me about the deposit amount and the terms but it was on the desk in front of me so I could clearly see that it wasnt what he was requesting. Also, they charged me a lesser deposit when i was there a few days before. The lady I encountered at the desk the first time was nice though. The breakfast was barely anything. I would consider staying here again for the price and ease of parking with a trailer but would probably look elsewhere first.

The hotel needs to update their listing to make it clear that they are undergoing renovations. We were given the wrong room at first, which was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. We complained and they changed our room to a renovated one, but it was a hassle. Owner apologized profusely though.

Horrible, nasty, disgusting.Don’t waste your money

I didn’t stay longer than 20 minutes before I checked out and wasted my money. Stayed at a better hotel for the same price. The hotel was nasty, smelled horrible amd just overall horrible experience

My shower was not cleaned and on top of that my girlfriend was changing and walked in on by housekeeping no waiting for a response or any of that. A lot of the facilities arent open and the ones that are are very limited hours also the ramp to the hotel was closed off when we came in so there was no using a luggage cart. Got to walk halfway through the hotel after a slippery messy parking lot when I arrived
