I liked the restaurant/breakfast area as it was bright and beach front. Car permits was given for the stay.There was no uniqueness regarding the hotel. The stairs, bedroom and bathroom needs modernisation. The whole hotel is very dated with caution tapes on the stairs.

An attractive garden gave welcome to a spacious and clean entrance. Since our stay was on a bank holiday early in the season the bar was not open and we were not able to dine from what looked like a tasty menu. Check in was easy and the room spotless and well- appointed. Location central and near the sea made this a pleasant stay

Charming and perfectly located, this quaint Eastbourne hotel is just steps from the seafront and local shops, making it ideal for a peaceful, walkable getaway. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, adding a personal touch that made the stay feel truly special.

A very Pleasant stay

Very pleasant , staff very friendly and helpful . Nice lounge area with flat screen tv.. Bar serving various beers , ciders and spirits as well as teas and coffees. Full breakfast if required . Room clean and tidy with a bathroom , tv , phone , safe , desk and chair . Right opposite the beach and a short walk to the pier and town .
