Not my first stay here, and not my last. The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the seafront about a 7-8 minute walk from the pier. I usually get a room with a balcony overlooking the sea as that’s almost the whole point I staying there. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor has a wide choice of menu items all of which were well prepared. The breakfast was outstanding. The View is at the higher end of the price range but you do get what you pay for and is far more modern than most of its competitors. An excellent stay as always.

We stayed as a family of 13 for two days with more family joining us over the two days for a funeral and a celebration of life for my mother. The stay was really comfortable, the buffet for the celebration was delicious and plentiful and the staff were amazing, attentive and very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again and I would highly recommend!

Great View

Friendly and helpful service at reception, in the bar and at breakfast. Great location, with easy parking opposite the hotel (paid for hotel's parking permit). Had a sea view from our room on the side of the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the single sea view was side facing, and not front facing which I had in a previous stay. Also, the view from the windows were tainted by windows that could do with cleaning. There was also dripping on the balcony. But overall, a pleasant stay.

Great deal with hotels.com. one of our fave hotels

We really enjoy our stays at the the view hotel, but havent been for a few years a found it too expensive to stay for our family. Found a cracking one night deal on hotels.com. was alloxated a paryial view sea room with balcony which weve never stayed in before...could see the sea easily. Was a lovely size and clean. We have noticed in our last few stays that tje furniture is getting a little tired but didnt spoil our stay. We had dinner at the Vista bar in the hotel which was lovely and great value with the kids meals being free aa it was half term. Drinks priced well for a hotel. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall a fantastic stay and a cracking price in all.

Lovely ocean view

This is my go to place when I visit Eastbourne! Nice ocean view and very friendly staff! The only thing I miss was hair conditioner but other than that it’s perfect! With very reasonable price
