The four legged Consierge, Floyd was adorable. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is elevator access but it’s best suited for standing. The hallways are too narrow and twisted for a wheelchair and you must be able to walk a few steps to the toilets

Great location. Loved the sea view from my room. The welcome from the receptionist was lovely felt welcomed and felt I could ask questions if I needed. Room was functional had everything you'd need for your stay. Shower cubicle was a little small not for those on the larger size. Would stay there again.

We have stayed here several times and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had to change our arrangements and the Reception staff were extremely helpful, understanding and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a side sea view - the room was large with a lovely view of the sea and had a new powerful shower. We would recommend and will be staying here again.

Good value basic sea front hotel.

Hotel staff lovely and welcoming and very helpful. Room was as advertised; small and to the rear of the hotel. Corridor to the room very dark. Room very basic and bed very soft. Extra pillows supplied when requested. Unusual heating system via artwork on the wall. Easy to use and heats up very quickly. Very small shower, would be difficult to use if on the larger size. Basic amenities; coffee tea and shampoo supplied. Room sadly must have been above the bar and very loud music could be heard until around 23:00-23:30. But we did book for Friday and Saturday nights. Hotel is on the seafront and very close to the town centre.

The staff at this hotel were very welcoming, they have snacks dotted around the hotel that you can help yourself too. They also have a stocked mini fridge with beverages you can purchase from the reception desk with ease. The hotel also has a space for pool and table tennis when you fancy some social activities without having to leave the venue. Very happy with our stay!
