The hotel is located about 1 KM outside of Bad Aibling, so you do need a car. The wellness portion is excellent, the pool, spa and Sauna area are incredible, the fitness center is good. The wellness area is separate. I had a massage which was good, I do not recommend the mud pack it's literally a pack of mud that you lay on with your back for 30 minutes. Breakfast is excellent and a must (there is nothing else close by). Dinner was good, not amazing. Rooms are a good size, bed comfortable. Room service is only every other day and here is the one thing that needs to be fixed. I wished they would give you better amenities. There is no conditioner, only a very tiny package of shampoo that is not enough for someone with anything but short hair. Same with the body lotion, not enough. If you don't have room service for 2 days then you will not have any body lotion or shampoo for the second day. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed super comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast/ eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on the food.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel’s photos are misleading they show a newer lakeside property that is actually a different section not included in our booking. For a 4-star hotel, the room was very basic: no fridge or kettle, and the furniture felt old and cheap. While the room was clean and breakfast was excellent, the overall experience did not justify the price. Access from the parking is also inconvenient, with multiple doors and stairs, making it difficult with luggage. Overall, it felt like the expectations set by the photos were much higher than the reality.

The view was amazing and the food was really good. Dinner was delicious and the service was excellent. The spa area and breakfast were also very good. However, the room unfortunately did not meet our expectations, especially considering we paid extra for a superior room. The condition of the room was not great, several power outlets didn’t work, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the balcony wall had some visible damage. Bathrobes were initially missing, but they were provided quickly after we asked. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would come again, but we would definitely choose a better room next time.

The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables

Modern and clean. Super breakfast. Good value for money. Short walk from Railway station. City centre location. Only downside: no English speaking TV News channel available.
