My go to hotel in Yokohama. My room was not facing Yamashita park this time and my room was a bit small side in main building. I had facial due to the weather was very bad to go out and the service was wonderful too.

Location of this wonderful western style hotel, adjacent Yamashita park and short walk to China Town, was a bonus. The real pleasure, and why I'll be back, were the plushly appointed room -- with a long, deep bath!! -- and the personable, professional staff. Concierge went out of her way to promptly arrange parking and luggage storage tho we arrived hours early plus dinner reservations nearby. Monte Cristo breakfast (ham, cheese melt) was clincher. Five star accommodation that lives up to its reputation.

Jewel on Yokohama Bay

This hotel is well located overlooking the Bay in Yokohama. It’s not too far from the subway station. It’s very big with plenty of eating options. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of amenities to use. The breakfast venue had a beautiful view although it had no buffet so very old school but this suited the ambiance. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and accommodating, exceptionally proactive and professional. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it’s a gem.

Amazing grand hotel next to the bay, our room had fantastic views of Yokohama and the bay. Very close to the local subway line and chinatown is just up the street. Our room also had exclusive access to the club lounge which allowed us to get coffee and other drinks plus snacks while enjoying the views from the 16th floor. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable although the air conditioning is controlled centrally so you can only open a window to cool the room. Staff were all excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was good, you have the option of a western style restaurant or a traditional Japanese. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff. Concierge had very helpful information... especially of the Yokohama area. The room was excellent... we had a beautiful view of the port and city... at night the lights were beautiful. Will recommend a stay in Yokohama at this hotel.

The hotel is right on the waterfront. Walkable to most of what Yokohama visitors might be interested in. Airport direct bus is across the street. Highly recommended.

Great place with interesting history

There are so many things great about this place; the staff are great and very helpful, the room is big, clean and comfortable, the view is incredible and most of all, there's quite a bit of history about this building and place that are very interesting. Around the area, just a few blocks away is Chinatown and the train station. The waterfront beginning with the park right across the hotel is a wonderful place to walk around. Overall, this is a quaint place that is very quiet yet is only a ride away from Yokohama station. I will return and stay again at this place.

A Classy Hotel

This is a very high end hotel for a reasonable price. They offer top notch and excellent service. Hotel is very close to Chinatown, Red Brick Warehouse and Cup Noodles Museum. Also close to a metro train. I highly recommend this hotel.
