- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.

- A north-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared, unfenced 2000 m² garden, facing north-west
