Property needs some repair. Blinds were broken in bunk room, which had no curtains, either. Upstairs floors are shag carpet, which makes it difficult ( and painful) removing sand spurs. Threshold between bunk room and thinning shag carpet in hall is spiked, sticking feet when stepping bare-footed. Kitchen is not very well stocked for cooking meals and dining in all week. Only 1 plastic serving bowl provided and no non-stick frying pans for making eggs or frying bacon. Oven needs a good cleaning. No dishcloths provided for washing dishes or countertops. Kitchen countertops were chipped and easily stained. Drawers and bottom shelf were removed from refrigerator, leaving no bin for storing fruits and vegetables. Ice maker and filtered water dispenser were a plus. Only 4 chairs for dining table. No extra chairs - anywhere, but 4 metal, backless stools were stacked in corner. They were too high for older children or adults to put legs under table when dining or playing games. On a positive note: Bed linens and towels provided were excellent. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were very convenient. The amenities pass was very appreciated. The weather was unusually cold and windy, so covered pool was used instead of outdoor pool closest to condo. The dogs enjoyed the back deck and cool floors downstairs.
