Nice place but could use some TLC

The house was comfortable and we loved the location and proximity to the beach. Just a few tidbits…bring a Firestick or something to stream online for the tv. The xfinity box does not work. Also bring your own dishrags, scrubbing sponge and a dish rack. These are not supplied.

Old school cottage

This cottage has the feel of the ones the family rented in the 60s....nothing fancy but comfortable. The place is rough around the edges and could use a lot of basic maintenance... Several broken blinds and a disfunctional over- the -stove microwave that needs to be replaced with a hood and light. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Older property with up dates. Atmosphere was stuffy and stay upon arrival but improved after running the fan on the HVAC system. Liked the location and closeness to the beach. Would consider staying here again.

Good time on Cheetaw

Overall it was wonderful it’s hard to not enjoy Edisto anywhere. The house could use some updating the all natural look is beautiful but you can tell the environment is eating it away. Yes it’s a pet friendly house and you can tell the animal hair isn’t cleaned after each guest. The cleaning aspect on the house missed the mark and could do a better job. That being said it wasn’t disgusting just could use more attention. The boat downstairs could go along with the rusted ceiling fans and chairs on the porch, again it’s just something that would help the appeal. Great location and very quiet street, the law lives two houses up. Was a beautiful house and again loved Edisto.
