We booked a month in advance of our stay because of the pool -we did not find out pool was under renovations and closed for a month and over our stay for Christmas. Hotel took no responsibility.or empathy - Expedia's responsibility to tell us pool under renovation. Staff had no autonomy - 3 different staff at 3 separate occasions asked simply answered questions - all 3 responses were they would have to phone management for guidance. All responses when finally received had no indication of concern for customers. And nothing is worse that having toilet paper and kleenex that is like thinly shaved paper. We had stayed at this hotel before because of convenient location, but probably will not return int he future.

Clean, quiet and spacious room. Loved the fact that we can adjust the room temperature. Lots of places to power up.appliances. Bed was a little soft for us but we managed to sleep. Front desk was very pleasant and professional. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby. Special coffees are a treat! Breakfast was pretty ordinary.
