The room was relaxing for the kids, comfortably sleeping a family of 5. Wonderful breakfast, kids loved it which matters most! Coffee (specialty options) and hot chocolate were available options all day!

I would give you a ZERO out of 10. When I arrived at the reception, the receptionist offered me two Queen rooms, even though I had booked two Executive rooms, each with one King bed and a sofa bed. Despite this, she was charging me the rate for Executive rooms. When I explained the issue, she tried to make it seem like I was lying. Eventually, she admitted she was wrong. When I got to the rooms, the carpets were dirty and smelled bad in both. The sofa bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in a century. The bathroom in room 320 was full of mold, and the sink in room 413 was dirty and not working properly. Even though it was a long weekend and a statutory holiday, and the hotel policy stated that breakfast would be served until 10:00 AM, they stopped serving at 9:00 AM, so we didn’t get to eat breakfast. My overall experience at Best Western Hotel was terrible.

The room was good and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. On our last day, the lady working on the kitchen went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was good but it would be nice if the room had more tables. One morning we could not get a table.

It was great. We could not figure out a way to get in from the back where the parking was more convenient though. No conditioner in the shower. Had to ask for some little bottles.
