Room phone would not connect to Front desk, or Room Service. Couldn't get TV to work. Housekeeping didn't leave a face cloth on the 2nd day. My reason for my stay was to recover from a medical proceedure ... Couldn't shower (Medical reasons), couldn't bird bath without a face cloth).I wanted to be comfortable for my stay. I was anything but! When I checked out a day early I was told that I could not be refunded for the last day (which I did not use) because I booked through Expedia.

Brought luggage into hotel. Then she told us because of Expedia we had to load our luggage in car again and stay in other building I had to pay extra to stay there. All ice machines not working and air condition not working.
