Booked a ground floor room as im dissabled was given a second floor room and told i would have to pay extra for a ground floor room. There was no elevator so i had to use stairs and carry lugage up while useing a cane as i only have one leg. Hallways stunk of weed. Would never stay there again.

Pros: Sliding patio doors are super handy for loading/unloading vehicle, and makes for a happy pets. They accept cats. For a pet friendly hotel, love that it had no carpet Bed was comfy, and we were upgraded to a room with two beds. Cons: Checked in, prepped our pet to go in (we were there for pet visit to specialist vet), started to head into room when she said WAIT! and had us hand back our key. AFTER having checked us in, she discovered that another guest had arrived a day early for their booking but someone else mistakenly checked him in anyway. So the first room she gave us already had someone in it, which would've been real awkward had she not caught it. Had to hang out with a crying kitty in his kennel in the lobby for about ten minutes while she worked to secure us another room. Worked out in the end, but by 11:00pm and stressed with a sick kitty, that neeearly tested the end of our anxiety capabilities.. Room did smell like mildew for some reason. While patio door was nice to have, there was a good amount of suspicious folks walking past our room late at night. I say suspicious, not necessarily sketchy. Just couples that may have been on their way to buy McDonald's, MAY have been on their way to smoke crack. I try not to judge a book by it's cover 😂 honestly a coin toss on that one. If they had guest Internet access or a login at the, we weren't given it. We also didn't ask cause we were exhausted.
