Room was good. Bathroom was a little small but clean. Beautiful view. Our door kept malfunctioning so we had to make many trips to the front desk. They ended up replacing the lock. This took about 2 hours where the maintenance guys was in our room and we were displaced. Feel like we should have been compensated.

We enjoyed the Resturant and its staff were awesome. Check-in was great. Elevator was a bit confusing as we couldn’t visit family on 10 Floor tgey had to come get us, this seemed to be an issuer the first day tgen all was good. Checked with desk and they said it was a security thing. We enjoyed our stay and we will Likely be back as we have stayed here before. Wanted to try your igloo dining but they were booked so maybe next time. Thank you.
