Essentially the mall has become a homeless encampment and the Delta is one of the few remaining functional businesses there. Neighbour was snoring all day and talking on the phone all night with paper thin walls so it felt like they were in the room. Ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night because of it.

The hotel is really clean the service was fantastic. The front desk people were more than helpful. I asked for a microwave i the room and it was there when I checked in. The convenience to down town office meetings is perfect. The down side was in the room, there is room for 4 people but no where to relax in the room. The only place to sit and relax are the beds and an office chair. Also $35 per day for parking

Excellent location close to everything, including Rogers Place, restaurants, and the hotel is inside a mall. The room was clean and spacious. I highly recommend it as the service was superb. Jenny from the breakfast was awesome, the front desk personnel were very attentive and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.
