The bed in the first room had a few pubes...The rest of the hotel is great. Lobby restaurant + bar is what we stayed here for and it didn't disappoint.

Our room was knocked on 3 times by young sports teams staying on the same floor. We called the front desk who sent security. This disturbed our rest and getaway. Nothing was offered except free coffees. A room rate reduction would have been preferred or charges to the sports teams who caused these several disturbances. Would like some sort of compensation for the room rate, as we paid a premium for a staying experience and did NOT have one.
