Everything was good, we had a pleasant stay here. Just a suggestion it would be nice to have slippers in the room and more breakfast options although the fresh omelette was really good. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will visit soon again

The cleaning team accidentally took my $50 dollar organic bath towel. Sure it is a white towel but it looks and feel very different from the ones the hotel uses. Talked to the front desk. No resolution. Please provide training to your cleaning team. Not anything white belongs to a hotel. It could be customers property. Other than the disappointed incident the hotel is okay.

Our 3rd or 4th time staying here in the last year-ish. The place is always clean, from rooms to front lobby. Friendly staff and the underground secured parkade is always a nice bonus. Breakfast available and included with certain bookings. The only thing that could be better is harder mattresses and pillows, but that’s just my preference.
