I wrote a letter to the company that owns this particular holiday in stressing how nice everyone was because I had to hang out in the lobby until my flight left at 8 PM. In the morning, I can’t remember her name now, walked across the street to the other Holiday Inn in the 0° weather and got me some toothpaste! That was amazing because it was so so so so cold and she went above and beyond !!!
