We have stayed at this hotel many times. Staff are very friendly. Only issue is the bathrooms need some maintenance. Our toilet clunked when you flushed, you could hear water dripping but couldn’t see it. Lots of rust.

I think that the bedrooms were fairly clean. I liked the fact that they had reusable soap and shampoo dispensers to avoid the small single use items, but I could see that being a cleanliness issue for some. The front end staff was pretty friendly and efficient. I like that it was situated very close to the airport and had a shuttle. It was very convenient for those purposes. The breakfast was nice as well. Lots of options and definitely had more than enough available. Except for maybe the coffee. There always appeared to be a shortage when I went to go grab a cup. Not sure if that was because it was a busier time and lots of people grabbing some, or if it was the staff being a bit slow on that front. Pretty minor issue though. The overall area wasn't very close to many amenities. It did not appear to have many restaurant options close by or seem like a walkable area. Not that I needed it for those, but something to be aware of. Overall it was a very nice stay and I had no problems with the accommodations.

Stay from Friday to Sunday. First night people above us jumping and being loud till midnight. Didnt say anything. Then saturday night jumping and running started at 11pm. Called 6 times the frontdesk. Went downstairs to the frontdesk twice to have them stop it. Nothing happened. At 2pm we finahad enough and they had the cops come to stop the jumping etc. Horrible if you cant sleep and they dont anyhting about it. And then make you pay full price. Gotta drive 6 hours home being exhausted. Never gonna go back to that place
