The hotel is old and needs a refresh. Our shower made an awful sound when the water was on. Definitely something needs fixing there. Also, trains pass by at least twice through the night so getting a decent sleep is almost impossible. Breakfast is disappointing. Before we booked we were told there is bacon and sausage everyday which was not true. Staff aren’t overly friendly. They allow kids in the gym to run wild which sucks for people wanting to work out. My kids enjoyed the pool by the hours sucks. The housekeeper leaves dirty linens all over the hallway so your forced to jump over it, wait or touch peoples dirty bedding. Definitely expect more from a holiday inn.
