Maid took my daughters stuffed toy. We got it back but staff helping my daughter were callous about the incident. They also dont understand scooter dropoff very well. I had to ask 3 times for them to provide my scooters keys, i called the rental place and they confirmed it was dropped off hours ago. Few fixes and the place is great. Pool, breakfast but staff need work.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Other guests were making excessive noise starting around midnight and continuing until about 4 a.m. This was not occasional noise, it was loud, disruptive, and made it impossible to sleep. What made the situation worse was the hotel’s response, or lack of it.
