Loved the breakfast selections! Very convenient location for our plans. However, being on a one way street made for some circuitous routes back at the end of the day. We were missed one day for garbage pickup and towel refresh. But this did not affect our opinion overall. We would stay again

Holiday Inn Express & Suites West-Edmonton Mall Area by IHG, is a good option for a hotel stay especially if you want to be near the mall, easy access to transportation (Uber), and for a good price, My family and I enjoyed and were satisfied with our stay. Firstly, the Hotel and rooms were clean, the front desk and staff were friendly and very helpful, Not to mention there free complimentary breakfast, simple but helps you begin your day, And if you wanted to stay at the hotel or did not want to go so far, there was a good amount of things to do inside the hotel as it consisted a fairly sized pool, weight room, and arcade/game area, And a grocery chain and some restaurants are also nearby walking distance. Overall, Holiday Inn by IHG is a great pick for a hotel to stay at during you visit at Edmonton, and I highly recommend it as I would love to bring my family back here the next time we visit.

I've been in this hotel several times. I love the ambiance and the friendliness of staff. Breakfast foods are excellent. I mistakingly booked a Suite, King size but the person was somkind to upgrade it to two queen size. Our experience was awesome!

Will consider staying again.

Ava and Mikee dis a very good job! They're very good with their job. I asked for an early check in and late check out and they were able to provide those. Also the staff who arranged the breakfast have gone beyond ecpectation! You will always see them refilling the food and cleaning the table without being told. I would say our stay was a very relaxing one with good service from the staff. Even the hot tub wasn't working during our last day and the pool is a little bit small, all other amenities is great, especially the front desk and kitchen staff .
