Staff are snobby. Most especially those frontdesk (Filipinos) don’t even greet or smile. Gossiping beside the frontdesk and don’t care if guests could hear them. Very unprofessional. Dining staff were great during breaky. Professional despite of the pressure and business of the area.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful two-night weekend getaway to Edmonton, where we cheered on the Oilers and explored West Edmonton Mall. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its warm hospitality and outstanding service. The hot breakfast was not only delicious but also a great way to save on costs—perfect for a family trip!

Overall, one of the best hotels in edmonton we have stayed in. Hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was very good, staff were incredible, the heated underground parking was definitely a bonus! We requested a room on the upper floors as our son has autism and loves the view from being up high, they accommodated us and were so, so kind and understanding! We will absolutely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room were very clean. Stayed in the jetted tub king room. Breakfast was good for being free and having coffee available in the lobby throughout the day was nice !
