We checked in at late night and requested for shuttle booking at 8 pm and then subsequently requested to change to 8.30pm. This request was not recorded and as a result we have to remind and request to front person to arrange for shuttle - we may have missed our flight. Careless attitude. Secondly - I specifically asked about our breakfast . I was told it is not included in price. I did not remember it - option selected at the time of booking. next day morning - front staff told us at 8.28 - that we have not used our breakfast coupen. I was told to pick up something in 2 minutes as shuttle was about to leave. I was with a small child of 3 years and have to leave for morning flight with hungry child - that too after paying the price for the breakfast . This was terrible experience in Hoilday Inn.

Very nice hotel!

Holiday Inn & Suites Edmonton airport was a very modern clean hotel. Free 24 hour shuttle on the half hour. Hotel looked new! A nice restaurant and bar on the first floor. A very good BBQ restaurant within an easy walk nearby. Rooms were very clean and comfy.

Weird smell in the room and bathroom especially after turning the jacuzzi water on. Extremely loud at night from all the trains that go by. Got woken up multiple times. Weird grease-like substance running down the room door in multiple spots. Bottom of that same door on the right side was bent inwards a bit causing extra light to get into the room. Jacuzzi jets didn’t work.

We were disappointed. One room was great. The other the night table and the larger table were sticky and dirty. We could wipe them off but the room when the air conditioner was off smelled like dead skunk or marijuana. Brought this to front desk attention and they said thanks they would clean it better for the next person. Should have offered a discount. Shame on them
