Pros: • Spacious, clean rooms • Hot water and clean bathroom • Decent free breakfast with a good variety • Helpful staff at check-in with room options Cons: • Check-in delayed by 30 minutes • Very uncomfortable mattresses • Housekeeping was inconsistent—room only partially cleaned one day and not cleaned at all another • Breakfast was the same every day (could use variety) Overall: This hotel is a decent no-frills option if you’re not expecting luxury. The first part of the stay was great, but the inconsistent housekeeping near the end was disappointing. If the service had been more consistent, it would’ve been a solid stay.

Front staff gentleman was very patient with a high conflict person (hcp), the patron was rude and ignorant and the staff member used what we call BIFF (brief, informative, factual, firm). Very good job
