Heater not working

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff were professional and friendly. The heater didn’t work in the room so I was very cold, and couldn’t get if to work…the bathroom was not fully cleaned.

Hotel very run down. You get what you pay for is what we learned. Staff not very helpful or friendly when checking in and out. We requested long term parking when booked, but when checked we were told it was full. Had we known that we would of booked elsewhere
