‣ Only potty-trained children allowed
‣ No glassware near or in the hot tub
‣ Swimwear only—no regular clothing
‣ No food or drinks inside the tub
‣ Do not remove chlorine floater

‣ Always replace the cover after use

‣ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours’ notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren’t always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we’ll let you know.

🧳 LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS
‣ Please double-check before leaving. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or damaged after departure.

‣ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, contact a local post office for options. The place was nice and clean. It was more like being at home and much more comfortable, and private, than staying in a hotel room. Close to the WEM was a great thing too as that is where we spent the majority of our vacation outings. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
