Stayed as a family of 4 in the 2 bedroom suite over Christmas break. Pros: new property and the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for a staycation for the family. New property. Staff/reception desk was friendly and welcoming. Maybe it was a slow week so they gave us the option of using the pool and underground parking at the 4 points hotel next door (same management). Can’t expect this when both properties are busy but was a very welcome offer when it was -24C that week. Note that the 4 points lobby has several private restroom areas to change in if the weather is not cooperating. Cons: nothing much really. Breakfast has omelettes and sausages in Xmas morning but the other options were limited. No waffle irons or pancake but would’ve been awesome if they had those. Additional cereals would’ve also been great. Could’ve been the fact that it was Xmas. Didn’t bother us much as we just went out for brunch.
