From the hall you enter the living room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom. The very spacious living room offers a lot of comfort and is furnished with 2 comfortable chairs, flat screen TV and a cozy dining area (fireplace may not be used). From the living room you can step through the sliding doors onto the furnished balcony (50 m²) with awning. The spacious terrace faces southeast, so you can enjoy the sun all summer long. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, beach and dunes of Egmond. Truly unique!
The spacious, separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stove with 4 hobs, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso and coffee maker (filter), kettle, oven, grill and mixer. There is also a separate installation for osmosis drinking water.
The penthouse "Zeejuweel" has no fewer than 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet, double sink and bathroom furniture. The other bathroom has a shower, sink and bathroom furniture.
