The Property
Villa La Cova is a wonderful holiday villa - Renovated 2020 within a short walk of a delightful beach, shops and restaurants. Offering 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite) in the main house, this property is ideal for larger families or friends sharing as it can sleep up to 6 people.

The fully air conditioned studio and main floor consists of a spacious and modern dining kitchen area, adjoining a bright and comfortable living room with flat screen TV. There are amazing sea views from the living room and kitchen!.

There is an attractively set out master bedroom (with ensuite) and another double bedroom plus a triple bedroom (ideal for 2 children) on the main floor.

Leading from open living room and a brand new huge open kitchen/living room area you will find a wrap around terrace, with stunning sea views areas and outside another covered BBQ facilities with another outside kitchen.

Outside there is a private 8m x 4m swimming pool, a large custom built covered BBQ area to enhance your alfresco dining experience, private gardens, plenty of terracing and beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and local landscapes. Relax on one of the terraces, soak up the hot Mediterranean sunshine during the day, drop into the pool when the heat gets too much for you, at night time chill out, listen to the sounds of the sea whilst you sip at your gin and tonic and enjoy the beautiful night time skyline with it's multitude of cascading light sources.

Within a five minute walk of the villa you will find yourself in the heart of Coveta Fuma where a number of local bars and restaurants are at your disposal, here you can eat and drink any time of the day or night for very fair prices. Here, in this town plaza, there is a children s play area and, if you decide to take a swim in the sea, the beautiful local beach is only a few minute s walk away from here.

The Canalobre Caves are one of the biggest attractions on the Costa Blanca and are only 15 minutes driving from the villa, in the mountain village of Busot.

Schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick aber Nachtruhe ist hier eher schwierig

Das Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Aussenküche, schönem Aussenbereich und privatem Pool hat einen wirklich TRAUMHAFTEN Blick auf die Bucht "Cala Coveta Fumo" bei El Campello. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin funktionierte gut und unkompliziert. Die Küche des Hauses ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt, nur eine Grillzange fehlte. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich ist klein aber fein und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht. Das Haus direkt unterhalb des Grundstückes wird vermietet und je nach Mieter kann es sehr laut werden!! Dies haben wir leider am eigenen Leib erfahren müssen und wir sind für einige Tage in ein Hotel geflohen. Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe und der Lärm des Strandes (am Wochenende) und der darunter liegenden Häuser ziehen am Haus vorbei. Die Vermieterin des drunterliegenden Ferienhauses (eine Immobilienmaklerin im Ort) kümmert sich nicht, wenn ihre Mieter andere stören und bis in die Morgenstunden laute Musik spielen und herumgröhlen. Zudem bellten in der Nachbarschaft tagsüber und auch nachts verschiedene Hunde sehr häufig und laut und ein Hahn krähte nachts unüberhörbar fast ohne Unterlass. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird in diesem Haus möglicherweise nicht erholsam schlafen können. Dies ist SEHR schade, da das Haus, die Lage und vor allem der Blick wirklich sehr schön sind.

Bonita casa y bien instalada con vistas al mar y cerca de una cala. En la zona Coveta Fuma hay restaurantes, pero faltan servicios (un solo supermercado con horario restringido).

Un lieu qui fait rêver!

Maison très agréable avec de vues splendides. Endroit calme, entouré de verdure. Très bien équipée. Linge de maison abondant; cuisine très bien équipée (seul point négatif: le plan de travail en bois détérioré et difficilement nettoyable). Terasse spacieuse et porche super agréable. Cerise sur le gâteau: la piscine.
