On the ground floor is the kitchen with direct access to the glass-enclosed terrace or the veranda. From the spacious living room, you can directly access the covered terrace or the two double bedrooms on the ground floor, which share a bathroom.
On the first floor is the master bedroom. Through this bedroom you can reach a shared bathroom, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom.
There is air conditioning in the living room, dining room, and the three bedrooms on the first floor. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have fans.
Normal electric consumption of 30 Kw/day incl. (more consumption 0,20 €/kw). We ask for a deposit of 200,- € for extra electric consumption.
