It's best to start your planning early, as there are not many hotel options in or around El Carmen.

El Carmen isn't known as the hotel capital of Coastal Region. It is, however, home to the Casa Hacienda San Jose, which is just 3-kilometre from the CBD.

The Casa Hacienda San Jose is 2 kilometres away from the middle of El Carmen. Another hotel is the Casa Andina Classic Chincha Sausal, which can be found 14 kilometres away. Some other places to stay around El Carmen are the Peru Hotel & Suites and the Miramar.

After you've had fun in El Carmen, ensure you allow time to explore Coastal Region's other scenic and cultural delights.
