Host did not provide any check-in information within 24 hours of check-in. When I reached out to Vrbo for help, they confirmed that the host's phone was disconnected. I ended up cancelling, because the host was MIA.

Host never communicated. No instructions shared and no access provided to house after a pre-pay. VRBO was great to make it right - but a significant inconvenience. DO NOT RENT RENT RHIA HOUSE OUR WORK WITH THIS HOST.

We paid for the property and the property manager never provided information to check in. Contacted them multiple times starting 4hours before check in time with no response. We were not able to stay at the property. We then contacted VRBO. VRBO staff provided a full refund AFTER 2 calls. First call was 30 minutes before being disconnected. Second call was 2 hours 15 minutes. Quite disappointed with VRBO staff.

We traveled, with pets on Christmas Eve, only to have no access to the house and an unresponsive host. Ruined our entire Christmas. We booked a month ago. Completely unacceptable.

Great family home

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a great time. It is an open floor plan and easy to keep clean. The kids toys outside- we did not use - are dirty and worn out. There was also some torn up bar stools in the bushes next to the pool- which was odd for a nice place. a little more lawn TLC and the place would be top of the top.
