We recently stayed at Diwatu Villas and overall had a really positive experience.When we first arrived, we unfortunately had quite a bit of family noise coming from the suite next to us. It wasn’t ideal, especially since we were there celebrating our anniversary. That said, this wasn’t really the fault of the villas themselves just one of those situations.What really mattered was how the team handled it.Security responded quickly and genuinely tried to rectify the situation right away. The staff across the board were extremely pleasant, professional, and caring. You could tell they actually wanted to make things right, not just brush it off.What started off a little rough turned around fast. The team went out of their way to do a few thoughtful extras for our anniversary, which completely shifted the experience for us. That effort meant a lot.At the end of the day, service is what defines a stay and their service was strong.We left feeling heard, taken care of, and appreciated.
