Kind to an Upper Midwestern Stranger

The front desk person during the day was friendly, and she concentrated on people not just checking in, but coming from their hotel rooms to see that their needs were met. The cleaners did a good professional job keeping the room clean. However, the toilet paper in the bathroom was opened before I came in, and the toilet did not have a paper ring on it.

The people were super nice. The moment u entered they treated me well. They made me feel comfortable. They treated me like they knew me like an old friend. It was an excellent customer service. They were very polite and helpful. The room was super clean and the was very comfortable. When I went to breakfast they person super polite and they were very friendly.
