Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors in our peaceful, family-friendly community.

Parties are not allowed. Small family gatherings may be approved with prior request—just let us know in advance!

No Smoking (Smoke Free Home)
To keep the home fresh and comfortable for every guest, smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are not allowed anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
Cannabis remains illegal in Texas, and we must follow state regulations.
If smoking or odors are detected, a 150 to 250 cleaning fee will be applied, and the reservation may be cancelled with no refund.

Linens & Towels
Please handle with care. Replacement fees apply for damaged items:
Towels: $8 | Hand Towels: $4.50
King Sheets: $130 | Queen Sheets: $110
King Comforter: $100 | Queen Comforter: $90

No Food on Beds or Sofas
Help us keep furniture clean—no eating or drinking on beds or sofas. Cleaning fees may apply:
Rugs: $150 | Chairs: $120 each

Loveseats/Sofas: $160 each

Breakages
Please report any accidental damage. Fees may apply for repairs or replacements.

Please do not leave trash or food behind. Use the designated bins and take out any excess garbage before checkout.

If you move any furniture or items (like lamps, nightstands, chairs, etc.), kindly return them to their original place before departure.
