I checked in with ease i did check in late but alerted the hotel that i will be arriving. I got into the room and I did not have access to the closet to get more blankets for the sofa bed. I had to call the front. The next morning I noticed that the bathroom was not clean properly and their was stains everywhere. I know it was newly built but it looks like a an old hotel.

One of the worst experiences with this hotel brand. I rented two rooms and one didn’t have a working TV, when i reported it twice I was told they made a note in the system, I didn’t push it because it was a holiday, but when i retuned the day after the holiday I was told by someone else that the TV was never gonna be fixed and there were no notes. So the front desk person lied instead of offering me other options. Also cleaning service was poorly done. Their intent to remediate a bad experience was none existent. Oh and to top it off. They told me since I booked with Expedia they couldn’t do anything. So pretty much discouraging the use of Expedia.

When I got to the property the room was not ready although it was after check in. Considering the property is new, the bathrooms feel they are cheaply put together and not super clean. The surrounding area is still under a lot of construction and even though shopping is convenient the area has a lot of traffic.

Overall nice hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby for food options. Room could have been vacuumed better because I kept picking up leftover food crumbs on the floor from previous guests. Also, there was an annoying green light that flashed on the smoke detector every 5 seconds that lit up the room, making it difficult to sleep. The pillows were also so thin it felt like sleeping on newspaper clippings. Bring your own pillow if you can. We also traveled with our dog and wish there was more grass areas outside for him. Overall, okay for one night.
