Pescadero Palace 5BR Guest House with Pool, Jacuzzi, Infront of Surf!

This luxury 5BR/5bath Villa sits on a 3-mile white sand beach in front of Playa San Pedritos, one of the best surf breaks in Baja California. It has an excellent location only 5 minutes to the magical town of Todos Santos and 45 minutes to downtown Cabo San Lucas. It has a custom designed heated swimming pool, with an area for children, and a beautiful natural rock waterfall. The 6-person infinity edge Jacuzzi flows into the pool, making a perfect oasis for the entire family. This Villa is fully furnished and amenities include satellite TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms, free wifi, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils including a beautiful 16-foot long exotic granite counter top from Brazil, A/C, laundry facilities, fenced wall around entire property with gated entrance, and maid service available for a small extra fee. Each bedroom has its own private terrace. There are 2 bedrooms on the top level, with a terrace that is very large and private, perfect for sunbathing, with spectacular ocean views of the Pacific Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor main level living area. The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor with its own full kitchen and private entrance. Beds include 4 kings, 1 double, 3 twins, and a double futon.
For our guests to enjoy we have soft top surfboards, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a double kayak, and pool toys. Check out the photos.

Great Spot

Had a group of 11 including 6 adults and 5 teens. House is divided into a number of suites so everyone had their own space but could hang out together. Great views from the various patios and most rooms. Pool and hot tub were great - teens loved them. Boogie boards and surf boards for guests to use. Beach is spectacular but I would caution that it’s for experienced surfers or swimmers only. There are big waves and strong rip currents. Fortunately there is a much more family friendly beach just down the road - Cerritos. Todos Santos was close by and worth a visit. There is a beach bar on the sand with live music on weekends and is perfect for sundowners. Waking up early and having a spectacular sandy beach all to myself for my daily walk was incredible. One thing to note was that we stayed on the third floor in a room with a traditional palm ceiling. The room and ceiling are spectacular but it was really cold at night at the end of march. Bring some warm clothes for sleeping and snag the upper room if you can:).

Truly a Palace

Robert was a fabulous host and provided a wonderful place for our family Xmas for all 11 of us including 7 adults and four grandchildren aged 9,8, 6 and 16 months. The safe beach was just a short 5 minute walk away and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. We all want to return!

Lovely place by a lovely beach

We stayed here with a large crew and had the time of our life. Spent a lot of time on the beach and enjoying a local music festival at Amaya.

A magical Time

The pictures of this property do not give it justice. It is so beautiful and right next to the ocean! You can see the sunsets from the roof every single night and the pool and hot tub are amazing! Robert was a great host and the rest of the staff was great too. I will definitely be back!
