Welcome to this beautiful flat located in front of the sea in El Puerto de Santa Maria, with shared swimming pool and capacity for 4 people.
The exterior of the urbanisation offers a 20m x 13m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.25m to 2.05m ideal for swimming and relaxing. There is also a round children's pool with a diameter of 6 metres and a constant depth of 0.3 metres, perfect for the little ones. There is also an outdoor shower, tennis court and direct access to the bars located within the urbanisation.
The flat is located on the ninth floor of a building with lift. It has a small balcony with a table and four chairs, ideal for having breakfast while contemplating the sea views. Inside, the living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bathtub to complete your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
It is located in front of Valdelagrana beach, a wide and lively beach perfect to enjoy the sun, have a swim or take a walk watching the sunset. On the promenade you will find bars and restaurants with terraces where you can relax in front of the sea. Just a 10 minute drive will take you to El Puerto de Santa Maria where you can discover the charm of this typical Andalusian village, known for its gastronomy, its wine cellars and its cheerful and friendly atmosphere. Thanks to its excellent location, it is easy to explore the rest of the Bay of Cadiz, with train and boat connections to places such as Cadiz capital or Rota.
The swimming pool is available from 21st June to 7th September and the opening hours are from 12:00h to 20:00h Monday to Friday.
