About this property
Ferienwohnung Eldetal
One of three holiday apartments located on the ground floor of a former semi-detached farmhouse on a 10,000 square metre plot on the edge of a village. The huge property offers plenty of space for sports, games and pets. From the property, you have a view of the expansive countryside, which makes it possible to observe the local white-tailed eagles as well as wild animals such as deer and foxes. The entire property was completely renovated and redesigned in 2021.
The approx. 90 square metre three-room flat for max. 4 adults and 2 children has a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV, stereo system), two bedrooms (each with double bed, TV), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dining counter, various kitchen appliances, washing machine) and a spacious bathroom with double washbasin and shower/WC. There is also a covered entrance area with a seating area. The rooms are heated by central heating. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Internet (W-Lan) is also available. Outside there is an outdoor seating area with barbecue. There is also a car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water and electricity consumption.
Wredenhagen is a village in a scenic area in the southern Mecklenburg Lake District on the border with Brandenburg. The small towns of Röbel an der Müritz and Wittstock are both approx. 15 km away. The river Elde flows through the village to Mönchsee, a nature reserve that is home to the white-tailed eagle. The lake is not a bathing lake due to its boggy shores. However, the Glambecksee, which is 7 kilometres away and has excellent water quality, is perfect for this. A few kilometres south of the state border, a huge wooded area stretches as far as Wittstock, and Wredenhagen is famous for its castle, which dates back to the 13th century. Once the seat of princes, it now houses a primary school, a museum with an exhibition and a 300-year-old copper beech tree. There is still a village shop in the village for smaller errands. However, larger purchases have to be made in the aforementioned small towns. Numerous events are organised in the village every year thanks to the lively activities of local clubs and associations.
